Not only are these bliss balls flippen delicious, but they are packed full of nutrients scientifically proven to boost mood, and fight off depression and anxiety ♥️
1 C walnuts
1 C almonds
1/2 C pumpkin seeds
1 C shredded coconut
1/3 - 1/2 C cacao depending on how rich your cacao is
12 medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1 T water
Freeze dried raspberries to dust (optional)
Add the walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut to a food processor, and blitz to create a crumb-like texture
Add the cacao, dates and water and blitz again until the mixture comes together as a rough dough (you may require a splash more water, but remember as you squeeze and roll the mixture it will begin to stick together)
Take around a tablespoon at a time of the mixture and roll firmly between your palms to create your bliss ball.
For the raspberry dusting, add the raspberries to a coffee grinder and blitz, or add to a mortar and pestle and pummel until fine
Add the raspberry to a bowl and bob the top of your bliss balls into the dust. THIS takes the bliss balls to a whole new level with that chocolate-raspberry goodness!!!
Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or the freezer for up to 3 months.
